The short version: no cookies, no analytics or advertising. Trading needs no account: when you ask for a quote, our signing service sees your wallet's public address, because the quote is a transaction for that address, and keeps nothing that ties it to you. An account is optional — you need one only to consign a slab — and if you make one, we keep your email address and the wallets you link, for the reasons below and nothing else.

What we see

The Site is static files. When you connect a wallet, the Site learns your wallet's public address from the wallet; it never sees your keys. When you ask for a quote, look at your holdings or take a card out, the Site sends that address — and the pool and amount — to our signing service, which reads the chain and builds the transaction. The service keeps, for about 90 seconds, how many units your quote reserved, so two buyers don't get the same price; it does not keep your address. The Profile page sends the address you paste to the same service to read your units and slabs.

If you make an account

You sign in by having your wallet sign a message (not a transaction). We then keep, in a database run by Cloudflare:

  • Your account: a random identifier and when it was made.
  • The wallets you link, each with the signature that proved you control it. Linking puts those wallets together in our records. We don't publish that link; anything those wallets do on chain is public anyway.
  • Your email address, whether you confirmed it, and which notices you want. We use it only to tell you about slabs you consign — received, approved, rejected, expired, paid — and, only if you switch it on, Playset news. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • Sessions: when you sign in, your browser keeps a token in its local storage; we keep only a one-way hash of it. It expires after 30 days or when you sign out.
  • Loyalty points: records of activity by wallet — machine pulls, unit trades, consignments and units held, each read from the chain or from our own records — and the rebates paid. Points are recorded for any wallet that trades or holds units; they count toward an account only once that wallet is linked to it.
  • Consignments: the card, the wallet it came from, the transaction you signed, what Playset decided and when, and the Collector Crypt sales figures shown to you at the time.

Emails are sent through Resend, from playset@mail.meex.work, under its privacy policy; Resend sees the address and the message.

Deleting your account (on your Account page) removes your email, preferences, linked wallets and sessions at once. Consignment records are kept: they describe what moved on a public blockchain and why, and payouts for slabs already in a pool still go to the wallet that consigned them.

Who sees your requests

  • Vercel hosts the Site and, like any host, keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time) for a limited period under its privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare runs our signing service and, like any host, sees each request's IP address and contents (your wallet address, the pool, the amount) under its privacy policy. Cloudflare's request logs are not something we keep.
  • Helius provides the Solana RPC the signing service reads the chain through, and sees those reads.
  • Your wallet (Solflare, Phantom, Backpack, …) sends the transactions you sign to the Solana network through its own providers, under its own policy.
  • Google Fonts serves the Site's typefaces and receives the requests for them.
  • Solana Explorer and other explorers, if you follow a link there.

Everything Playset does is on a public blockchain: every trade, every unit and wrapper you hold, and every card taken out are visible to anyone, forever, associated with the wallet that made them. That is the nature of the chain, not a choice of ours, and we cannot delete it.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share personal data. We do not profile you or send marketing you didn't switch on, and we do not use cookies or local storage for tracking. The Site uses your browser's local storage only for your sign-in token and interface preferences, such as recent lookups on the Profile page.

Children

Playset is not for anyone under 18.

Your rights

You can see and change what your account holds on your Account page, and delete it there. For a copy of everything we hold about your account, or any other request under data-protection law, write to hello@meex.work from the address on the account. What hosts and the RPC provider hold in their logs is under their own policies.

Changes

If the Site ever starts collecting anything more — analytics, say — this page will say so before it does, with a new date. (Accounts and email were added on 2026-10-08, and this page was changed first.)

One pool per character, set and grade.

A playset holds every printing of one character from one expansion at one grade from one grader.

WHAT RUNS WHERE.

Playset has no program of its own. Slabs, wrappers and the escrow run on Metaplex's audited, deployed programs; prices come from a small signing service whose every trade is a public Solana transaction. Your wallet signs only what the page showed you first.

Wrappers
Metaplex Core assets, one collection per pool. Each wrapper has its own wallet (Core's asset signer) that holds the slab's token — a Collector Crypt Core asset or pNFT.
Escrow
MPL-Hybrid. 100 units take a wrapper out of the pool; an empty wrapper buys nothing back.
Signer
— prices each trade on the line and signs its half. It holds unsold units — never more than a capped amount — and the SOL that pays for sell-backs. Nothing else.
Line
p(s) = p₀ · (1 + s / k), where s counts every unit sold, net of sell-backs — including the units a slab retires when it leaves, so a slab leaving moves nothing. With k = 100 the price doubles across one slab's units. Selling back pays the line's value at that point.
Depositors
the depositor of the j-th slab to leave is paid the line's value from (j − 1)·100 to j·100, by the signer, with a memo playset release <pool> j=<j>. The signer refuses any payout or sell-back that would leave it unable to buy back every unit buyers hold.
Fees
2% on buys and on sell-backs, a separate line in the transaction; 0.01 SOL to take a whole slab, plus about 0.005 SOL to Metaplex; 2.5% royalty if a slab is resold on a marketplace. Taking the card out, consigning a slab and depositor payments: free.
The rule
units held by buyers never exceed 100 × the slabs in the pool. The signer checks it on every quote and refuses anything that would break it.
The card out
the wrapper's owner moves the card to their own wallet with Core's execute and burns the empty wrapper in the same transaction. No Playset signature is involved, so none can be withheld.
